Product Returns & Cancellations Policy
Occasionally we may make a mistake or the product/item you recieved is not what you wanted, any products or items that do pove to be unsuitable may be return for a refund, credit or for exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions.
Please note that this does not include user error or accidental breakages, all products/items and orders are quality checked before they are dispatched, if the product/item is found to be faulty we will refund the cost of postage/shipping.
Conditions
The product/item is returned carriage/postage paid and recieved in a resalable condition, it should be returned unused in its original condition complete with all packaging in good condition in order to secure a refund. we reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which has been damaged or defaced.
If the product/item was purchased in error it must be returned in the original packaging, the carriage will not be refunded . This does not affect your statutory rights.
All returns are to be accompanied with the following information the senders name and address, order reference number (this information can found on the invoice), and the reason for returning the product/item.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage, you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
Please call to advise us of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt of your order. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.
Exclusions
We are unable to refund the following.
Used products/items are not resalable and will not be eligible for return, unless proven to be faulty. If you are in any doubt please contact us.
Product/item that has been damaged in transit, products/items to be returned must be properly protected for their return journey with the original packaging, including the product/item packaging, if you fail to adequately protect the product/item you will risk the product/item being damaged in transit and you will loose all or part of your refund.
The Original Postage/Shipping Charge
Exceptions: If you return a product/item for a refund which was discounted in your original order, for example free postage/shipping, courier delivery the refund will be adjusted to remove the original discount which no longer applies.
